The area that A&M motors is located in isn't considered the "best", but putting doubts aside I made the visit and had any concerns put to restThis place is full of cleaned, and polish used cars with an establishment to matchClean, organized, and knowledgeable I started to believe the reviews of this place, more and more with every passing minuteThis place is managed by the friendliest and honest couple, "Don't mistake the accent as rude or unfriendly" with a staff that emulates their ethicThey value their reputation more, rather than selling cars for a quick buckMy parents were very skeptical on any used car dealership, doubting the safety of the vehicle, and the integrity of dealerBut after meeting George and Melanya, they helped put their minds at easeGeorge goes above and beyond to make sure the car you are interested is safe, and at an amazing priceHe makes sure to answer any questions, and informs you of things you wouldn't knowHe took the time to explain the functions on my BMW, while his wife offered me and my parents a beverageHe made the process worry free, and gives you confidence on his already good quality vehicleHis wife Melanya made the check out process quick and hassle free while explaining every detail on forms that needed to be signed, as opposed to other dealers that make it very tediousGeorge even got my car an oil change before purchase without a charge, but the mechanic unfortunately made an error by forgetting to tighten the cap to the oilAs I was pulling out, getting ready to go after completing my purchaseGeorge stopped me from leaving, because he saw that my car was leaking oilHe got my car to a mechanic right away to reassure everything is ok, and even offered me and my family dinner for the inconvenienceInstead of letting me drive off and deal with that problem myself, he made and effort to make sure everything is okHe and his wife care about their reputation of their business so they will go above and beyond and will help you solve any problem, "If it should arise which in this case wasn't necessarily his fault." I highly recommend any parents if they want an honest sales rep team with good quality cars for their kids, or anyone looking for a good quality used luxury car this is the place
