Damaged my house while performing work for the owner of an adjacent property. Denies responsibility for damages.Damage occurred on 7/21/2015 when [redacted] excavated the neighbor's concrete drive and dug a deep trench adjacent to my house to provide plumbers access to repair my neighbor's pipes. The damage to my house includes but is not limited to exterior damage, cracks in rafters, walls and possible foundation damage that requires evaluation by a structural engineer. When he was initially contacted about the damage he admitted doing the excavation and advised the neighbor who contracted him that he would take care of the repairs.
