Purchased a new water heater in 2017, has a 6 year warranty, but as my water heater started to act up, called company several times and has not called me back to resolve issue. Had a different plumber come out and had main coil replaced starting (and I saw with my own eyes) that could was not in good condition to begin with. Still have not received call back inquiring original concern

This heater was not paid for on the original install from the homeowners ***. Not exactly sure why or who *** is. I have also been in contact with the other plumber & will get this resolved. As I stated in my response to the warranty, *** Plumbing would need to submit the warranty process on the parts. Parts & heater are under warranty till 2023 Should also be stated that parts & tank being under warranty, but no labor is included in that. Homeowners would be responsible for paying any labor cost of replacement. I have attached the photos of the heater tank.
I have asked the homeowner *** to contact me directly. We do know them personally & they could have contacted us directly. Mark has not had any calls from them in regards to doing any service work on the heater. If he would have, they matter of not being paid would have been brought up again. I'm not this will not reflect onto our Revdex.com status. In his 22 years of running his own business, there has never been a complaint against him.
Please take that into consideration when trying to resolve this.
