American Medical Response - Nevada (an ambulance provider) refuses to provide customer with an itemized bill to substantiate their charges
In mid January, I received a generic bill from American Medical Response - Nevada (AMR) for services rendered on 12/24/2013. Since then, I have contacted the company both via phone and in writing on five separate occasions requesting an itemized bill. As of this date, AMR has sent me two standard letters stated that the billing is accurate and that they expect payment, yet they have not addressed my billing questions, nor have they provided me with a breakdown of how the bill was calculated.
