A & M Restoration Services Reviews (1)
"As you know, the rooms in our beautiful home are in a great problem, both before and after your cleaning treatment. Also our beautiful furnishings including valuable items (which could be considered antiques and very high value items) are ruined and these are not replaceable.
We have learned through our insurance company that mold on our furnishing items are not covered by their plan.
Recently checking with the Revdex.com about you and your company shows that there is an ALERT and your work for others is considered not satisfactory. Had we know this we would never have permitted you into our house to bring to us all this grief. This has caused inconvenience and a huge upset to both of us.
Mr. ([redacted]) began checking into you and your work because the original problem with mold still existed. At a conference at our home we began telling you that we did not want you to do any more work at our home and we wanted the return of the $4,600 that Mrs. ([redacted]) gave you in advance for additional painting work (not mold related) that had not been done, in addition to the $4,915.60 that we gave for the work that was not effective. We are willing to pay the $999.50 for the ultraviolet furnace lights which is the only work that was finished and at this point seems to be all right. Also $800.00 was given to you mainly because of dampness in the basement from our trying to clean the basement after you left. you left NO DIRECTIONS that clean up could not happen with a very small amount of water.
It is plain that your treatment did not stop the problem. In a recent telephone conversation Mrs. ([redacted]) told you that the work was not acceptable and there would be no second chance. She asked the question:'Why didn't you do it right the first time?' There was no reply."
