They are the poorly managed and the salesman is a shifty used car salesman. I signed a contact in June to get siding and gutters done. The work was completed in October. The salesman will charm you and sell you the stars and the moon. Once they got my check there were no updates or any contact for weeks. I would call them and was told soon. This went on for about a month. One day, the materials were dropped off on my drive way with no warning or prior notification. They sat there for another 10 days before I called and asked when someone was going to do some work. I should also report that the Contructor Manager will not return any calls after initial consultation. I had to call the office and complain to the girls on the phone. Those women who work there are the only good thing about that company. It was a long dragged out process and seemed to be harder than needed to be. I also had several friends who complained about the same thing. Lastly, I am still waiting over a week to receive a confirmation that I am paid in full for insurance company.
