[redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Friday August 18, 2017 around 4:30 p.m. and stated to him that we would be more than happy to take care of the issue at no charge. Mr. [redacted] stated the satellite company told him that we incorrectly installed the satellite. As a roofing company, we remove the satellite dish and re-install in the exact same area as it was installed by Direct TV. When [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Friday afternoon, he informed him that we would be sending one of our technicians out on Saturday to remedy the situation. Our technician was able to contact the [redacted]'s and was at the [redacted]'s to correct the problem around noon on Saturday, August 19 where he:1. Removed the satellite from the roof.2. Removed shingles, underlayment and damaged decking.3. Installed new decking to the damaged area, installed underlayment and tied-in to the existing roof with new dimensional shingles to the damaged area. I am surprised that the customer issued a complaint when we have resolved his issue within 48 hours of contacting us.I believe this issue has been resolved.
