Contracted [redacted] to install a new kitchen faucet that I had purchsed based on their [redacted] from [redacted] showed up to instll the faucet and insure the integrity of the system and installation.Upon completion of the installation I was told it was completed but there was a water leak at the connection of the main input like and the shut off valve, [redacted] attempted a repair using [redacted] and a [redacted] rubber patch held in place with a clamp. He told me that it would take [redacted] hours for the [redacted] to set up, after * days the leak while reduced partially still persisted so I called him and told him that the [redacted] line, about *" would need to be replaced in accordance with the [redacted] code and the [redacted] repair he made wasn't working or satisfactory.I called his [redacted] times the following [redacted] trying to get him to come out and fix the problem, he never returned my calls or showed up to resolve the problem. I called another * times the next [redacted], still no response even though the [redacted] told me she was on the line with him, didn't have the decenc to return my calls and the leak got progressively worse. I waited an additional * days for a call from [redacted] and after not receiving a single call, I called a [redacted] company and had them come in and make the repairs. They told me the repairs [redacted] made were not in [redacted] and were only temporary and [redacted] done. I had to pay the [redacted] for the repairs he made, replacing a *" piece of [redacted] line. The amount of the [redacted] repairs was $[redacted] which finally fixed the leak problem. The original charges on the [redacted] receipt were in the amount of [redacted] which were paid in full at the time of the installation which included a parts and labor warrenty from [redacted].I called [redacted] and informed them that I needed a check in the amount of $[redacted] as a refund for the additional expenses incurred by me
