AMS is our negotiator for our Bank of [redacted] HAFA short sale. We have been in HAFA program now for 15 months. July 2012 we sign papers to start the completion of the short sale process and for the month of August AMS will not answer the phone and they never return a call when message is left on the answering system. I have called all times of the day with no success. My real estate agent can not get thru to AMS either. I have even talked with my bank of america account specialist and they tried 4 times in one day and to no avail.
