Revdex.com spoke to Aaron at business and the following was relayed: This complaint is based on an incident that occurred during the biggest snow storm of the yearIt states in the contract that I am not responsible for anything covered in snowThis customer has been a repeat customer and I did state that I would replace her mailboxThe customer called months after the contract expiredIn good faith, I did tell her that I would replace it when I had time availableThe customer had it repaired before I could do it and sent me a billA text was received demanding $for payment for the repairI do intend on resolving the issue with the customer and am offering the customer to apply an $discount to any service she may want, which includes snowplow services for next season
I have multiple text messages where he stated he would be by to fix it and never showed up We began the discussion in MarchI had my mailbox fixed in MayI believe I gave him more than enough time to resolve my issueHe also had told me during a phone call that he preferred I found someone else to fix it and he would pay the cost due to him not having a lot of timeI did send him a text letting him know the total cost of repairs which was more than $and requested he reimburse meI have demanded nothingI do not wish to do business with him any longer so his offer to apply $towards other services is not an acceptable resolution

that I would replace her mailbox. The customer called 2 months after the contract expired. In good faith, I did tell her that I would replace it when I had time available. The customer had it repaired before I could do it and sent me a bill. A text was received demanding $80 for payment for the repair. I do intend on resolving the issue with the customer and am offering the customer to apply an $80 discount to any service she may want, which includes snowplow services for next season.
