Review: [redacted] from A&W Towing was to be at the location to pick up my Chevy 4x4 at 7:30 pm, he did not arrive until 7:52 pm. Not only was he late, but I requested a FLAT BED and he took it upon himself to bring a regular, pull behind, tow truck. When I reiterated to him that I requested a flat bed, he replied "it will be fine". I then explained to [redacted] that the person who's home I was towing the truck to was purchasing the truck and they desired it to be delivered on a flat bed because he doesn't want the truck damaged in anyway. [redacted] then looked at me and said "oh hunnie, just because you're blonde doesn't mean you have to pretend to be so stupid" I said "excuse me?" and he replied "you must have more brains than that". I informed [redacted] I wasn't questioning his area of expertise, but only informing him that I had originally requested a flat bed and the buyer also requested a flat bed. [redacted] then became very rude, wouldn't let me finish a sentence and informed me he is "way too busy" to be playing "games". I have never been spoken to SO rudely or belittled by someone whom I don't even know, let along someone I was going to be paying for their services. I will never use A&W Towing and I am going to make sure everyone I know hears about this horrible experience. He should be ashamed of himself for not only speaking to a customer that way but to a female.Desired Settlement: I want an apology. That is all.

I spoke with a lady in regards to pull starting a truck. I explained to them exactly what I would like to have done to the truck and the manner ion which I would like it to be done. I asked the lady what the price for this would be. She explained it would be $[redacted] per hour plus $[redacted] per mile. This was accepted as the rate for the service. The driver arrived to fix my truck shortly after 10am in the morning and called with an invoice amount at 10:50am. They billed me for a total of 3 hours on this job. $[redacted] was the total they billed on 50 minutes of on time seen. There business in loacated in Girard, OH where the truck was located as well at the Pilot facility. This was an absolute scam for billing. I spoke with the shop manager who then informed me that I had to pay for the driver to start up his truck and warm up his truck and then sit in the yard and do a pre trip on his truck which is not an hour worth of time. Then he told me that it would take his driver another hour to put fuel in his truck on my billing time and to return the 2 miles to the shop and park the unit. This company is just stealing from indiviuals
