Company will not return money being held since 2011. They issued Gift Certificate for $938.00 Trip to [redacted] 2011- cancelled Trip to[redacted] 7/7/11 - cancelled Trip [redacted] 2012 - cancelled Trip [redacted] 2012 - cancelled Trip [redacted] Sept. 2013 - cancelled Money still being held via Gift Certificate. Talked to [redacted] in [redacted] office 3/29/13 and she said to call [redacted] office. Called [redacted] on 3/29/13 talked to [redacted] said [redacted] would call me. [redacted] called 4/3/13 & said he would check and call me. No call on 4/4/13 by noon. Called back at 1:30PM but [redacted] out of office - still no call on 4/15/13.
