Review: I had my pontoon boat completely reupholstered, carpeted and a new Bimini top made and installed.

This work was transacted and started in March of this year(XXXX);after many, many trips to A&M Upholstery shop which at that time was located on Landis street in an old feed barn I was able to get my boat back in June XXXX X months after dropping the boat off. I did note that the boat cover which [redacted] and I had negotiated at the time was not delivered with the boat however Due too his father in Ohio undergoing cancer treatments ;after [redacted] Desired Settlement: I just would like my boat cover before the winter weather sets in.

Review: I took my car to A&M on 4/2/13 to get top on convertible 76 Eldorado cadillac. Got it back 3 weeks later. Job half done. Rain comes in my car. Ruined my amp and speaker box. Paid him $1200. Car still isn't right. Keep giving me the run around.Desired Settlement: Get at least 1/2 my money back for my inconvenience and time. And for such poor job [redacted] did.

Review: Mr. [redacted] was paid $2900. US dollars to fix the interior & exterior of my 1994 Conquest Boat. 18 months later neither were completed.

Mr. [redacted] was paid $2900. US dollars to paint the exterior of my 1994 Conquest Boat as well as the trailor plus completely redo the interior of the boat. He was paid in personal checks in the following amounts $700, $400,$500, $300, $500 & $500. The first payment was made on August 1, 2011, the last payment was June 26, 2012. To this day June 11, 2013, the Boat nor trailor isn't painted and the inside of my boat is completely taken apart. I have removed my boat off of Mr. [redacted]'s property on June 5, 2013. The two captain chairs are missing, the left window is broken and the side mount control is missing as well. Mr. [redacted] stated he will try and find my two seats and will refund $1700. I have called Mr. [redacted] about my seats and refund and have not gotten either of the two.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] stated he would refund me $1700. US dollars. However this was stated before I knew I was missing two captain chairs and the side mount controler. The refund I am seeking is $2700.
