It's unfortunate that there was ever an issue of any kind concerning the finish result from anything we installedUnfortunately, with the supplied tiles from *** *** coming out of size and not nominal in length or width, creating perfect grout lines is not possibleIt is our drive to do the
best on every job no matter how big or smallThe method of which we laid the tile floors in the two bathrooms was indeed not only laid correctly but soundly attached as their has been no issues with grout crackingThe tiles being 12x24" is allowed a certain amount of variance to make it out of the quality control line prior to shipping outIn this case, the tiles were not only warped more than I've seen but not perfectly the same in width or lengthTiling is very detailed and tedious work, with all the floors we have done this is the first concern of this kindEven big box stores such as *** *** purchase these odd lots and clearance pallets to sell at their storesThat's the main reason tile shops and suppliers have a leg up by selling superior materials than what can be found at lower pricesWhen laying the floors, this was brought to the homeowners attention and was stated to do the best you canWith the tiles not being nominal, the only mistake that was made if any was continuing to lay an inferior product and risking this very situation from ever occurringWith that all said, I stand behind my word and am happy to purchase the same priced tile and grout for the client and have it ready to pick up from "*** ***," if that is still the tile preferredDue to the aggressive behavior of a visitor to the home, we won't be able to perform any work of any kind as that mistake can only happen onceI not only won't put myself in that position but won't have any of our employees subjuected to adults acting in that manner We wish all the best moving forward and are here with any questions. *** w/ A&M Urban Renewal
