I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The business in reference did not offer a resolution to my complaint. They sent a photo of a sign stating that there would be no refunds on upgrades. There is no verification of when the sign was posted or in which store. The customer service person who waited on me was made aware the purchase was going to be a Christmas gift but he did not state at anytime that the gift could not be returned. Also the phone was of poor quality and therefore I contend that it could not be considered an upgrade. The business practice of not exchanging merchandise is a poor one and will result in the loss of customers . I will no longer recommend this business to my friends and family and will find a provider who will offer customer friendly services and will be more interestied in customer satisfaction and keeping faithful customers than insisting customers keep merchandise they don't want or need.
