the salesman told us we didn't heat tape in our elevation, he use to be an installer and now there top salesmam so had us decline heat tape
I was sold SUPPOSEDLY the best englert leaf guard gutters by there sales person [redacted] on 11/26/12, who again ASSURED ME I DIDN'T NEED HEAT TAPE IN COLORADO. HE told me he use to be an installer and he never installed heat tape at my elevation so didn't feel I NEED THE EXTRA EXPENSE AND HAD ME decline this on the contract. I have pictures showing how dangerous these icicles are, he was clearly wrong having me decline heat tape. I WOULD HAVE BUDGETED THE HEAT TAPE IN WHEN ORDER WAS PLACED BUT WAS TOLD NO NEED. I AM NOT BUDGETED FOR ANY EXTRA EXPENSE NOW AND NOR SHOULD I BE SINCE I ALREADY SPENT $1500 MORE THAN HOME DEPOT QUOTED ME. So therefore $ 1392 is not an option.This company is backed by good housekeeping and Revdex.com which therefore should help with this matter. I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO SPEND $1392 TO COVER UNSAFE GUTTERS WITH ICICLES THAT CLEARLY ARE HORRIFYING IN THE PICTURES and are 3-4 feet long covering my entire house.
