It was very pleasant working with Whitney Our old carpet now looks very good in spite of years of wear Not "like new" but better than it had for a long time Whitney also cleaned our linoleum which is the origninal 35+ years old Looks great Whitney was prompt, followed our agreement, and charged reasonably He went out of his way to be helpful He made a special trip to get a special cleaner for the linoleum (no extra charge) He made a suggestion about some damaged trim on the outside of our house and then offered to move it himself to prevent an injury Highly recommended
