The ***s did purchase a Chevrolet 2500 pick up truck from A-Mar which was described as having new injectors and the reason was we were told that they had a couple of injectors replacedI spoke with Mr*** and he said that he said that he purchased a warranty and that he was told that
it covered the injectors and the turbo which was falseI have included a copy of the warranty paper work which shows the warranty and what it coversWhen Mr*** purchased the warranty there was 170,miles on the truck in which the warranty company does not allow us to sell but one or two different options and neither include injectors and/or turbosIt is not in our companies reputation to pass the buck as Mr*** stated we try and resolve the issue at handI spoke with Mr*** and offered a resolution and he refused the helpOn top of Mr***s complaint he has yet to present the actual diagnose of the truck to where it states that it needs injectorsHe has stated that it was hazing and stops at idle and with that being said how can he say that it needs injectors and not a fuel pump or any other part that may cause the engine from fuel starvation and/or air flow. Furthermore I offered to help Mr*** and he refused the opportunity so what more can I doSo Mr*** cannot say that we misrepresented the truck again that is especially since he is merely guessing at the problem of the truckIf he would bring it here we offered free diagnose and help with the costs which is more then any other dealership would do on an "AS IS PURCHASE"As for the warranty I am sorry he did not read and understand the warranty but I also suggested to him to cancel the warranty and get his money back. We feel that this complaint is unjustified for the following reasons:The truck has not been diagnosed by a mechanic shop with the proof of bad injectorsFalsely stating that I recanted on an offer that I never agreed to especially not knowing what is wrong with the truckWanting us to be responsible for a truck purchased roughly days priorTruck was a 170,truck at the time of purchase and was used with a buyers noticeWe cannot say when a part may failAt the time of purchase there was absolutely No problems with the truckHe gave a repair price of for repairs when I can do the whole job for less then 3000.00 No Merit on his claimThat is our statement
