A Marshall Law - Process Server

This server used an oval shape gold badge (identical to a badge used by police) to impersonate law enforcement when serving me at my home late at night. He refused to allow me to take a photo of his fake badge and refused to allow me to collect identifying information from the badge. I asked him to wait while I contacted the police. He dropped the summons at my door step and ran to his car. A police report has been filed and a complaint has been submitted to the DA’s office.
