A+ masonry

Review: I had a plus masonry do asphalt work in my driveway, he broke the concrete . I don't know why? But ever since that asphalt work was done, I always have water in my beautiful finished studio. I never had water seeping through my walls until he did the asphalt in my driveway... so now it smells like mildew, and I'm scared of every time we get a rainstorm. Because is this leakage. Please help... I tried to contact him, when I first saw the water damage..but this guy was in jail supposedly, so I couldn't sue him. I had a discussion with his wife on the phooe and she tells me that she can not get in touch with him... I paid this contractor half cash and half check..the job costed me close to 5.000.00 dollars for and awful job.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, or have it done professionally by some one who knows what he is doing... let him pay the damages, and a new job. That's what I want.as an owner of my home and property. I don't pay taxes for a contractor to break. My home, I pay a. Contractor to fix my home. Please help me in this important matter. I can not rent my studio or live init, until this is fixed.
