[redacted] of A Master's Touch landscaping came to our home and signed a contract with us to do landscaping in our back yardThe contract states that [redacted] will complete the work within one week of signing (November 7), weather permittingFriday and Saturday, November and 17, the temperatures were in the 60's [redacted] declined to complete the work on those days and has not performed any other work that would satisfy performance of the contractHe was given money up front and has at most completed work that would amount to 1/of what he was givenI have contacted [redacted] and offered a remedy to the dispute, to which he agreedAs yet he has done nothing toward satisfying the remedy he agreed to Product_Or_Service: Landscape work
