Got a car in 2013 impala 4 door the .by the second day the driver side window fail and broke so I took it to the junk yard and received another window just to find out it was the frame and wiring work that needed to be fixed months later start seeing the back driver side window was sliding down,aug/ told them about that they told me to fix it because they didn't have the people are the time to fix it.then a couple months it broken.I called them before to ask to due a check up on vehicle before winter came it snowed in Lubbock TX around January the car came on but was making noise and telling me to turn the car off,while driving telling me the engine was hot turn ac off after seems this I called the company and told them talk to the Management and a lady that was revived my monthly payment,he told me to bring the vehicle in around,the time they couldn't fix it and I was unable to because of work and my schedule.With kids job and girl working they was reliable.
