I called earlier today in the morning to clarify a billing issue and left a message with the reception since their accounting was not available. I never got a call back. I called later int the day and spoke with a lady named "Roney" in the accounting and she accused me of having a tone while I was asking her questions about the bill. And then she hung up on me. This is not a reliable company and their staff are not courteous and very rude and irresponsible. We live in Barcelona Community in UTC area and I am not sure why they have not done any research before working a company. The service which they provide is very poor and should not really be called management. For weeks, the automatic clock of the pool was not working until I mentioned to them that the time was not adjusted after day-time saving clock changes. A property manager should be in charge of this. The sprinkler system runs on heavy water and every morning there are numerous splashes of water. They leave staining marks and I have had to hand waxing to remove these marks; a problem which I should not have had had they managed the property well. And for the services which have not provided to me, they bill and they hang up when you question them. I don't know how old this company is but in 2015, this kind of poor services is just not acceptable. I don't recommend this company to any property owner.

Until March 2012 I received every invoice McKibben sent to me for Condo Management Fees at Regents La Jolla, La Jolla . I paid these on receipt or in advance. From April 2012 to present McKibben failed to get a single invoice to me (they finally sent me one for November 2012 by email yesterday). They claim they cannot send to me copies of the other invoices.The complete lack of invoicing from April 2012 was too systematic: I received every single one for 4+ years up to March 2012 but did not receive a single invoice after April 2012. And yet McKibben charged me late fees for non-payment of all the invoices I did not receive. In addition McKibben then charged me Attorney's fees of $245 to collect these fees. Overall this amounted to additional fees of almost $1000 for invoices they never sent out.Nobody pays invoices if they are not received especially on such a systematic manner. Yet McKibben charged late fees and attorney fees of almost $1000 for something they never invoiced for in a systematic manner. McKibben have completely wiped their hands of any attempt to investigate why the invoicing was not sent out. They can't even produce copies of the invoices they claim to have sent.I did change address in July but had mail forwarding in place so I would have received them if they were sent as I received all other post.
