We will be more than happy to place the complainant on our Do Not Mail listHowever I must note that he did NOT receive cards from us/our client as frequently as he claims - he more than likely received very similar cards from multiple insurance companies offering Final Expense Insurance products
The system that our client uses only mails, at most, one card every monthsAlso, the card has been vetted by all legal authorities and there is nothing illegal nor deceiving about the solicitation - the only way he would have been contacted by our client is if he returned the card to us after filling out his contact informationThe lists we use for mailings do NOT contain telephone numbers, and followup contact is ONLY made upon the agent getting the card back in the mail requesting further informationI will consider this matter closed and resolved and only wish he had contacted us first for the above informationWe have an A+ Rating with the BB as we do address this type of issue whenever it arises.Respectfully,Steven BP.Vice PresidentCPMM Services Group, Inc
