her that she will have 24 hours to finish and send out product, or I will be expecting a full refund. I assumed her finally contacting me was because you had sent notice to her yourself. This seems to be not the case. Her claim for not responding to me for 2 weeks was due to health issues. I had contacted her via her FB, which she had been posting on almost daily. Her excuse was unacceptable to me at that time. Product has been mailed out, no refund needed. I do still want to see the complaint regarding her company posted. It has not been only myself with issues. Another customer had to cancel payment on her credit card due to the business owners negligence.
