I actually have 2 complaints when I was told when I pay for the 99$ sonogram I would have a cd included with all my babys photos however as soon as I left and placed the cd in my computer it doesn't work. I call back and the lady at the front I guess his wife responds well he checks all the cds before he issues them, as if I'm lying. So we agree I shall bring the cd back. Then I bring the cd back she the rude lady at the front puts in her cd, realizes how dumb she is, oh she says I don't see anything on my computer either. So she notifies me that after he finishes up with the next customer she'd notify him. I'm being as patient as I can waited for a whole 15-20 minutes due to their error. Which is no problem because I just want to get what I paid for and am a patient person. So I wait and wait good 20 minutes. Then another 10 mins passes he gives the last couple their cd, then I haven't received my copy which she was supposed to take to him. Finally after waiting a good while the rude lady at the front, gives me the cd. I have my laptop with me so they can see that there's a problem. I pop the cd in which the technican was supposed to fix. It STILL does not work. She responds with an attitude well I have to ask him he just did it. I still wait patiently at this time I'm very thrown off how rude she is, I'm the customer. I thought customer service was supposed to offered to me. I paid my money, and I get treated like a piece of trash. I begin to wonder if it's because the color of my skin.(Black). The technician walks out let me see rudely and he puts the disk in his computer, it works on my end. You can take it to Walmart. Why would I take it to Walmart I'll have to pay I gave Miracle to Behold 81$ to give me a cd that works. I try to compromise and say since it's not working can you email it to me. He's right by the computer with my images there, it only takes 2-3 mins to send them to me. He responds I'll do it later. I respond why can't you do it now, because I know he was trying to get me to leave feeding me a lie. Well I have a job to do is what he tells me. Wow! I answer why can't the lady in front his wife do it, he responds he'll ask her but she wont do it now. So I leave and give them time , and call back I get his rude wife. I tell her Hi, I'm calling the dr. whatever he is said he would email me my photos not working on my computer. Again she questions me like I'm lying well it works on my computer. I explain to her why can't you do it he said you would, with an attitude I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT. From this point I know it is bs they are feeding me. It is real bad how I paid 81$ for a cd that doesn't work and the technician can not provide me a cd that works, and not even finish he was very rough with the machine. My baby was sleep he kept applying really harsh pressure to my stomach. I say ouch, and tell him he is hurting me. He is very rough, he's not a good technican if he were it shouldn't take all that to find a baby. I really feel I was treated unfairly, and I have no other reason than to believe because I'm a black woman. The other couples were white and I overheard nothing but smiles and respect when the both of them interacted with the white customers. Top it off my cd still doesn't play.
