A. Mitlo Roofing

Review: Our Compan roof was leaking, we had several esttimates and they all said that the whole

roof needed to be rapired. We had 3 estimates and 1 was from [redacted] Mitlo, his price

was resonalble so we decided to go with his Company. He finshed within 3 days, I notice

hw was very sloppy he threw all debrie from the roof all over the ground which we had to

ask him to come back and clean up. The roof was finished and we paid [redacted] by check

$11,400 in 2 installents 3 days apart. We have a gurantee for 25 years on our rood from him.

In March of 2013 one of our skylights started to leak, we called [redacted] and he came over

to give us an estimate, he calim all 3 needed to be done, but only one was leaking, he asked

for a check in advance so he could go and buy the material, which we gave him a check for

$2,400, he returned the next day to do all 3 skylights. We received a 3 years Waeeanty from

A.Mitlo Roofing. One monthe later the skylight that never leaked started leaking, we called

him he came in went up on the roof for 5 mintes said it was fixed and left. Then this just

started to drag on every time in rained the window would leak and the water would damage

the walls. After he claim he fixed the window we had a construction co come in to fix the

walls and the same thing happen again the water and the walls were damaged again. We have had the Contruction Co in twice and have paid them over $2,000 to fix the walls.

We have called A.Mitlo Roofing at least 30 times and have spoken to [redacted] (owner)

now he told me we need to call in a window company and have it done ourselves there

is nothing he can do. Also now our roof is leaking we have buckets in the Warehouse, and

again he takes no responsibilty for this, even thought we have a 25 year Warranty on the

roof and 3 year Warranty on the windows. I have asked him to give us back $2,000 back

from the windows and keep the $400 for his efforts adn he refused.

We need to get these things fixed immediately .Desired Settlement: We would perfer to get our money back and call someone else in to fix the windows and

roof. We have had A.Mitlo in at least 10 times and he was not able to fix the window or

our roof. I think asking him to fix the problem is not the solution when he not capable.

We need to get another roofing company in here to correct these problems.

Review: A. Mitlo Roofing keeps sending me unsolicited fax messages advertising their services.

I repeatedly call them and requested my fax number to be removed from their list.

They take my fax number and rudely hang up. You cannot talk to them. They do not bother to apologize.

The faxes keep coming and waste my paper and ink.

Can you please help to make them stop sending their faxes to me? My fax number is [redacted]

Review: Roof was repaired after hurricane Sandy and continue to leak and caused damage to the interior of the house. Eventually roof had to be repaired by different contractor.Desired Settlement: Refund all Mooney back payed for repairs and spend to repair damage to interior.
