It started when customer called need some roof repairs so I went down to give her an estimate as I look at roof I realized it needed new roof, so I advise customer that the home really needed a new roof , and she stated that she could not afford a new roof, if there was any way week could do a partial repair cause she just wanted to sell the homeSo I told her I would try my bestOn most of our services we provide a year warranty but in this case we could not provide Warranty because I advise customer that the home needed a new roofNo were in my paper work does it state that there is Warranty because I stated to customer that home needed new roof I have those documents

I am giving this statement in regards complaint Id # [redacted] It started when [redacted] Contacted me and asked me to relevel her home under the warranty that we provide (Year) and I explain to her that warranty had expired and she disagreedthen she began making a complaint to Revdex.com so then in order to keep customer satisfaction and not have any bad reviews about my company I took into consideration and decided to do the level even thow it wasn't under warrantyI called [redacted] and told her that I was going to take it into consideration to level home and she stated that she had already got someone to do it and that all she wanted me to do was to show up and she was going to pay me but she never stated that since the first call, she stated she was still under warranty On Tue, Oct 13, at 2:PM

[redacted] Warranty has expired on leveling and I put good Paint on her house Behr Paint I think that is good Paint ,and her screen was already damage she just wanted me to replace it when We were not responsible for itI have recipes were Warranty has expired

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called this company when warranty was still active...He waited till it was not and never returned my phone calls..I HAVE RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT ALL SOAnd yes the company did damage my screen when they pulled down my old porch and scraped my house and screenthen took the screen with them left me with no screen..Said he would bring it back but nothing and again NEVER RETURNED MY CALLSand they did change the paint on house from Americas finest paint which is the cheapest paint that you can get at home depot after I had to confront him about it to get him to change it...After I paid for high quality paint Regards, [redacted] America's Finest

cabinets, flooring, carpet we began to notice that is was going to be more repairs than what we expected so told customer about additional repairs they said insurance said to do what ever we needed to do we continued to work for a week. Then insurance would not give new estimate, so then we decided to wait for new estimate from insurance before we would  continue to do any more work. Then a few dayes later when finally got new estimate from insurance there estimate was $6000 less than what we needed to complete job I explained to customer that insurance estimate was $6000 to low that what we needed to complete job and we could not afford to keep on working for ,
