They were here when they said they would be
did as they said they would on time and on budget.
Review: Contractor, [redacted] did not follow thru on completing the job as agreed upon It has been in excess of 1 year that he agreed to redo the rain gutters on my garage as his employees incorrectly installed them. Braces were not installed on the gutters and the drip edge was ruined. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged the gutters were put on incorrectly and agreed to replace the drip edge and gutter but fails to do so. He has been paid for the work.Desired Settlement: Replace the drip edge and rain gutters using braces on the gutters.

To the Revdex.com or to Whom it May Concern: I greatly appreciate Mr. [redacted] contacting me once again on this matter. I consider Mr. [redacted] a good friend and I am sorry we have not been able to make him happy. The misunderstanding that we have here, is that I did complete the job. The gutters were working and draining in proper order. Mr. [redacted] removed them himself without our permission, which voids our warranty. I was not able to even collect a final payment on the job until about 7 months later. We accepted less money than even our cost on the gutters. We took over $2,000 off of the amount we had billed him for roofing and guttering, so that he was not charged for the gutters, since he was not happy with them. But, as I have told him in person, we are going to change out the drip edge that he is concerned about. There is about 30 feet of this. And we will install about 10 feet of new guttering to replace the guttering that he took down. And also replace a downspout which he damaged by running into it with his truck. And I will make arrangements to schedule a time for the completion of the above as soon as I am able to fit this into my schedule. Sincerely, [redacted]
A Montana State Roofing replaced our roof in the Fall of 2010. I requested, and received a 5 year workmanship warrantee from them. It was late in the season, and after the job was completed it snowed. When the snow melted, we had strong winds which blew the unsealed shingles off the roof, one flew across the windshield of my son's car, leaving a long, unrepairable scratch at eye level. I immediately called AMSR, and left several frantic messages with no response. I got on the Internet, and found another listing for AMSR in Bozeman. The woman I spoke to there was very sympathetic and promised me that someone would come out to replace the shingles. Within a couple of days the missing shingles were replaced. I asked them to be sure that they came out later in the spring to make sure the shingles had sealed. They promised me that once the weather warmed up, the shingles would seal and I shouldn't have any further problems. While they had a crew at my neighbor's house replacing his roof (at my recommendation) the foreman came over and personally inspected my roof promising me that everything was okay. On 12/29/11 we had windy conditions, and I noticed pieces of shingles in my driveway. Upon further inspection (with the wind still blowing)I could see 6 or 8 shingles on the west side of my house, close to the ridgevent which were flapping in the wind and ready to launch (they have since come loose and landed in my yard). I sent AMSR an email that day requesting that they contact me, and another email on 1/5/12, and left phone messages at [redacted] on 1/3/12, 1/5/12 and again today. I need to have the damages inspected and repaired before there is damage to the interior of my home, or further property damage from shingles which fly loose.
