A Monumental Carpet Cleaning

6/30/2016 - We've used this company twice; once in Dec 2014 and again in Aug 2015. While Joe did do a good job on our carpets, he is unprofessional when it comes to keeping his appointment times. Both times, he was quite late and we had to call him to find out when he was actually going to arrive. Each time we got excuses.

We called to schedule an appointment last week, 6/22/16, and texted him two days later to confirm he was coming. He texted back, "Yes that is correct see you then!" but called early the next morning to say the parents of his childhood friend had passed away and he needed to go to Denver to console them. He agreed to reschedule and give us a 20% discount. We rescheduled for 4:30 today. It's 6:00 pm and he did not show up or answer my texts to him: Joe our appt. for our carpet cleaning was at 4:30. Are you not coming after all?" and "We'd appreciate knowing since we are at home waiting." We will not use him again, nor will we ever recommend him to anyone!
