[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]The warranty paperwork I was given explicitly States that wear is covered. The $800 spent was to avoid having to purchase tires later. Had the warranty stated that wear would be an issue I never would've never purchased it . To change the terms after the fact and to exclude this information in the warranty information that you gave me is deceptive and shady. In essence your stating that 70% wear is ok but 80 or 90% is not. This is what needs to be in your warranty. I have puncture and road hazard in my car insurance policy and it doesn't cost $800. To resolve my issue honor my warranty and replace my tires and stop haggling about 10% of wear.
