Failure to settle a mortgage restructure and honor the terms of the contract
I paid them $2,500 up front which is prohibited by 501.XXXX(X) which I did not know at the time. There was a restituition settlement of $35,000 which was to cover this fraud and my next step is to contact the Florida Attorney General. The contract stated that I was to receive half of the up front amount if a foreclosure was the case in which I lost my house.
