The childcare provider was scheduled to pick my daughter up from school and failed to do so, resulting in an emergency situation where I had to leave work. She left an unintelligible voicemail, but when I tried to call her back, she didn't answer. The school informed me she wasn't picked up. I had to pick her up after school and lost pay because of this. I did not have a backup scheduled. I was late picking her up and the school was upset, blamed me, and could possibly file a report with CPS. This caused a major issue. She also didn't allow me to tour the home. I was unable to see the section where the children were playing, which was upstairs. I only saw the living room. She was enrolled for 1 week.
