Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I have texts msg and I have proof that I made my first payment on October 22nd I was not satisfied the next day this is all and lies also they took my car last night because they wanted me to take care of the complaint they repo my car

A MOTORS SALES & FINANCE LLC [redacted] DATE: 12/07/Company's Statment to response of Problem: [redacted] came to us on September 23, looking for a carAfter deciding on a BMW she put down the depsoit & was in total agreement with all final arrangementsShe seemed to be very excited & extremely satisfied with her purchaseWe do not sale brand new veciclesCar info on vehicle is posted on window for customers & clearly states AS IS; We are up front with any repairs that may be needed as she was told to return the following day so we may do so to the vehicle(that is why she did not drive it off the lot the first day of purchased as she states in her complanit)We sincerely apologize for how she feels but never stated nor guaranteed the vechicle wouldn't need future repairs [redacted] first payment was due October 23,and did not pay until November 10,( it was a partical payment)We have been working with her and want to resolve this matter as quickly as possibleThank you, [redacted] Finance Manger

My year old niece went to this "business" to purchase a vehicleShe put a $deposit to hold a vehicle until the next dayShe went back the next day and was told her monthly payment would be higher that stated the previous dayNot able to afford the higher payment she declined the offer and asked for her money backShe was told that "just because she had a change of heart" they were not obligated to give her money backIt wasn't until she threatened legal action that they finally refunded her depositThese people saw a young girl that they thought they could con and make a quick buckThis is the poorest of business practices!! And, by the way, they advertise that they are accredited by the Revdex.com when in fact they are not

This place was excellent, they helped me get the car that I needed and wanted and with little effort on my partI believe that they do take care of you and are looking out for your better interesti give them five out of five stars on how good they are to people and professionalism

customer service is great, the salesman are very professional and the vehicles are in good conditionI am glad I purchased my vehicle herethey have a lot of great inventory from all types vehicles Ive already recommended this place to my friends and familyim sure they will find something they like

I am rejecting this response because: everything he is saying is lies I was not satisfied with my vehicle you do to everything that I had said I've made my payment on October 21, I have all receipts that he has sent me through text I was not satisfied with the vehicle because it was going have me struggle due to high payments and if car needed any repair he wanted to still take my money after I cried to him telling him this car not what I wanted after all I have a a witness as well the can say everything I went through and she also was upset how they treated us expecially me when I was being honest how I can see myself and in the future.not affording the vehicle do to my situation of being pregnant and a single mother I told them I had no help from family or anyone and didn't want to be with out a car they ask me to fix this complaint with Revdex.com I told them no this is all true all I got through text was a OK thank you and they took my car away and now saying lies

On November 17,2017 Mrs. [redacted] came to our dealership to purchase a 2007 Mercedes GL.  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] test drove the vehicle in question.  They were happy and proceeded to purchase the vehicle.  Sometime later Mr. [redacted] called the dealership to inform us that there was an...

issue with the steering wheel.  We advised them that even though they signed an "AS IS" we would be willing to assist in any cost that may incur with the possible issues at hand.  The vehicle was taken to San Antonio International Motors on 1130 Basse Rd.  The mechanic advised that the rack and pinion be replaced, we agreed to go half with them on the cost of the repair.  After the vehicle was fixed Mr. [redacted] called us to say the vehicle was still having the same issues, we advised him to contact the Mechanic shop to address the issues with the shop, being that we held up our side of the monetary agreement.  We as well contacted the mechanic and to no avail were we getting any assistance with the issue.  I informed Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] that the issues with the vehicle must be addressed with the Mechanic shop rather than thru us since the Mechanic was the one that accessed the issue in the first place.  We at A Motors Sales and Financed did our due diligence in correcting the issue at hand and now it is between the Mechanic shop and the complaintant.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... VERY NICE SELECTION OF CARS AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE, FELT WELCOMED...

My 24 year old niece went to this "business" to purchase a vehicle. She put a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle until the next day. She went back the next day and was told her monthly payment would be higher that stated the previous day. Not able to afford the higher payment she declined the offer and asked for her money back. She was told that "just because she had a change of heart" they were not obligated to give her money back. It wasn't until she threatened legal action that they finally refunded her deposit. These people saw a young girl that they thought they could con and make a quick buck. This is the poorest of business practices!! And, by the way, they advertise that they are accredited by the Revdex.com when in fact they are not.
