A Move Plus Inc

Originally gave us a quote of $460 covering 2 men for 4hrs work, 4hrs of doubled drive time, wardrobe boxes, picture and tv boxes, and 3 kitchen boxes. We were told that there was no reason it should go beyond 4 hours for a 2 bed apartment. Our previous move a year earlier had only taken two men 2 hours. The team they sent took 8 hours of work plus the drive time, charged us overtime for the doubled drive time, as well as for lots of boxes. The bill came to $1155 and they would only take cash, and refused to provide change or wait for me to get change. They moved very very slowly, often taking 20 minutes or more to take one small item like a lamp or a CD to the truck. They caused lots of damage to hardwood floors in both the old and new places, as well as to items like an armoire and a flat screen TV, boxes arrived crushed, corn starch poured out of its box onto clean dishes, and much, much more. Most criminally, the men did not give us the "Do Not Exceed" form until after the move was completed and THEY wrote in that my limit was $1200. I wrote and sent to Move Plus a detailed inventory of my complaints, but only 1/4 of it fit in this box. I have called over and over, and have sent multiple emails. Each is met with "Oh, I'm sorry...we'll look into this and get back to you in an hour or so.", but I have yet to receive a call or email back about the situation.
