A Moving Experience Company Reviews (1)
I hired A Moving Experience to handle my move from South Easton to Attleboro. I mainly spoke to Mr. [redacted]. The movers from Mr. [redacted] company damaged the walls of the commons area. I notified Mr. [redacted] the day after the move about the damage. I have also been contacted by the President of the condo association about repairing the damage. On May 30. Mr [redacted] sent me the following email:
Hi Dr. [redacted],
I will come by at some point this week to patch the damaged wall with plaster. I will attempt at that time to find a suitable color swatch to have it color matched.
To bring over a bunch of color swatches from the store in an attempt at finding the right shade would not be a good idea. However.. if you want to choose a color from a store swatch and it doesn't match, then the (poka doted hallway) would not be my fault.
Please email your phone number so I can inform you of my arrival this week.
I e-mailed Mr. [redacted] my phone number. I also called Mr. [redacted] multiple times. He has yet to repair the walls. I sent Mr. [redacted] an e-mail earlier this week stating that if he did not contact me to fix the problem that I would have my contractor repair the walls. My e-mail also notified him that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and/or file a small claims suit for the cost to repair the damages. I have elected to file the Revdex.com complaint first and if satisfactory redress is not obtained I will then file the small claims suit. Thank you.
