This company provides zero professionalism and customer service for ridiculously high fees. I elevated a time sensitive issue after paying almost $200 for a client to have a condo questionnaire completed. I spoke with a Brian, who, consistent with countless other complaints, was obstinate and refused to address or facilitate correction of a simple error in the completion of the questionnaire. Only solution was to ask me to pay another completion fee and wait 10 days for correction. He kept accusing me of requesting wrong condo questionnaire which was not the case. As “3rd party” providers they refuse to trouble shoot or assist; their only remedy is to request additional fees. Brian transferred me to someone named Stephanie, his supervisor, who was even more unprofessional and refused to assist with an error that could result in my client losing $1000s in her first real estate transaction. This cold and heartless company needs to be subject to regulation. It’s a shame that HOAs and condos are enlisting admin tasks to this “robotic” entity as eloquently described by another complainant. A BBB complaint will follow.
