[redacted], you were very happy with the job after we completed the work. [redacted] was not a subcontractor but an hourly employee. [redacted] has an excellent work ethic and is very particular about what he does. Six months after the work was complete, you called and said some of the peel and stick floor tiles had...

popped up a little. We responded quickly, fixed the tiles with a little spray adhesive glue and straightened up a light that was obviously bumped crooked. Again, you claimed to be happy. You then called and said you had some drywall bubbling. We again responded quickly to find the reason for the bubbling in the drywall was that you still had not painted, as a part of your responsibility. Even though this was something we were not required to do, [redacted] installed diverters to both corners of the tub to prevent splash out, which you claimed to be very happy about and even made a post on Facebook about the work. (See attached picture). The third call, you stated something was poking out from the wall behind the tub surround. After responding to your call, it was obvious that this had just happened, you then argued that we must have left a nail sticking out of the wall. This would not be possible though because the surround would not fit together if there was a nail sticking out of the wall. We have a very good reputation as far as the quality of our work goes and if ever a warranty issue, we will not hesitate to fix it. However, the problems you are having are not related to our work, but related to the materials you used and how you are treating them. I hate to say it, but we must draw the line somewhere.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The picture that Jent has attached was taken out of context. This picture has nothing to do with the current situation I am in with Jent Construction. [redacted] did come out and repair some water damage and a light fixture. However, the newer issues with the bathroom started in March of 2016, and have not been resolved. That was before March of 2016 as you can see. I will attach a conversation of my review of Jent Construction as evidence. They deliberatly lied about me on [redacted] They told me that the bathroom problems were my fault because I did not take care of my bathroom. They said that I did not paint my bathroom for 6 months after they did the drywall, but I have pictures with dates to prove it. This issue is not going to be resolved until they either fix the problem or pay me the $1500 I am asking for to pay someone else to do the work.  I have had several contractors tell me that the problem is their work. I have estimates to prove it. I am taking Jent construction to court after I get my taxes back in March if they do not comply with this complaint.
Regards,
[redacted]
