Mr [redacted] purchased the Chevy Monte Carlo from us on a payment planHe paid $and promised to pay the remaining balance in installment of $300.00/month starting March 27th he was given all the documents including the required safety inspection, at the time of sales The vehicle was not ready for the emission test due to its computer reset We asked him to drive the vehicle for few days and bring it back for the testLater on we checked the vehicle, perform any necessary repairs and had the emission inspection completed At that time Mr [redacted] could have registered the vehicle and obtained a legal plate, instead he elected to continue driving using illegally some other vehicle plate ,and without the required insurance (he signed and promised to keep full cover insurance in force all the time), and cause front end suspension damages to the vehicle that made it unsafe to driveHe brought the vehicle to Legends Auto for repair, an estimate was given to him but he refused the repair The loan company, who own the vehicle was notified and they decided that the vehicle will not leave the shop before its made safe to drive and full cove insurance in effect, for the betterment of both parties
