I had a reservation that was rescheduled due to an ice storm When I tried to cancel the new reservation, outside of day as per the contract, Jackson Mountain Homes re-niged and said my money was non-refundable This company are dirty cheats

Then when we arrived to our cabin in TN they had both decks closed off and the hot tub chained up. They never notified us of this beforehand. What's the point of gatlinburg in the fall if you can't enjoy the weather? Luckily we were able to find somewhere else to stay for our trip but this experience was a nightmare.
