Went in the shop and ask for a particular service. When she did the services was not the service I ask for a. I asked her she can I see the video camera and hit it I do what I asked for the service they gave me she got an attitude and told me she did not know how to work the video camera or she had no access to it she rolled her eyes and got very sharp tongue it with me then I said Well ma'am I believe I asked for something different and she tried to tell me that I didn't. I asked her if it was during the process of me getting my nails done what she doing the right thing I kept saying that I don't think you're doing my nails right she kept telling me yes she's doing it right then I tried to talk to the manager or the other lady did sits at the front of the shop she's the one that got very nasty and then when I walked out everybody started laughing at meProduct_Or_Service: NailsDesired SettlementI would like for her to do my nails like I asked him to do it or they refund me my money back and she don't want to do my nails. I would like the service that I asked forBusiness Response good afternoon, i'm the owner of the a nails salon , after i'm asked my employee and check my camera about Mrs. [redacted] complain about her service on June 21 afternoon first of all she walked in the nail salon requesting her service and she asked my employee for gel on her old nail and she says she does not want fake nails on her own nail so that service we call gel manicure that service will cost $25. Our policy do any service for the costumer request but on her complain she want to she put a gel nail on her own nail that means we call gel overlay that will cost $40 for service and she asked to look on the camera she is not allowed to go into the camera room and all my employees not allowed or dont know how to accessed the camera except me the owner and my employee did not laugh at her after she left and that time my shop just have two ladies working at that time no men were working that day and I don't know where she got the man from in her complaint. And both of my employees are very polite and tried to explain very clearly to her unlike her description of them in the complaint I am very dissappointed in how someone can act towards my business and telling a false story our goal is to do a pretty job and to be nice so my customer can be happy and come back. In this case my employees did nothing wrong so we cannot and will not refund the money
