Because of this situation, our salon decided to terminate our consideration for his hire as we value professionalism and quality customer serviceWe have also discussed and reviewed the situation with Ms*** over the phone, and we informed Ms*** of the full $refund that she will be receiving because of this case. I went into get my nails done and one lady was helping me then a man walks in and they tell me he will take care of me he takes over and I notice he is shaking terribly so he proceeds to tell me he has been at an illegal game room all night long and hasn’t had any sleepHe keeps hurting my fingers as he is drilling my nails and not doing the routine that happens while getting nails doneFinally after awhile I tell the ladies that he is hurting me and messing up terriblyHe also almost falls out of his chair and the chair falls overThe other lady took over after almost an hour of the guy “attempting.” They tell him to leaveI started asking the nail lady what his name was and she said she didn’t know himAfter I was finished I brought it up to the cashier and she told me she didn’t know him that he walked in asking for a job so she told him to show her what he could do on my handsIf I had known this I wouldve objectedNot even sure if he is licensed!
