I have used this service almost for 2 and half years, when I signed the contract they made me pay a in advance stating that the advance week pay was going towards the last week pay for the nanny. My contract was automatically renewing every 6 months it runs from July 5th thru Jan 5th which back in December we have renegotiated the terms and revised the days for my nanny to work since my 2 year old now was going to daycare for 2 days so I had requested that instead of the work days of Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-6:00 PM where my rate was $365/week to be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 8 AM to 7:30 PM. Ms. [redacted] told me she will check with the nanny and I also told her that I want to reduce the contract to 3 months to evaluate this work schedule and she was fine with it, so after consulting with the Nanny [redacted], she said that everything is good and now my new rate is going to increase to $395 which I said not a problem and we agreed at that a month ago. Yesterday which is January the 29th, I receive an email from Ms. [redacted] stating that [redacted] will not be able to work on Saturday until 7:30 and only until 5 PM. I told her now you come to let me know without much of a prior notice because the new schedule was to start on Mon. Feb 4th. I told her that I have made my arrangements for that time and I need someone to stay until the 7:30 then I said that is fine I didn't want to deal with another lady, then she came back and she said oh also now [redacted] will not be able to start at 8:00 Am I then got frustrated because I am a working mom and have changed my arrangements and work schedule around that so I was not very happy and told her this is not acceptable and you are not honoring the agreement we had for the new arranagement and I will not be charged more for less hours than what I was paying specially when you are not fulfiling your part of the agreement she stopped the nanny from coming today even though I have paid in advance &I had to miss work to stay with my baby. Nightmare of service.
