The customer has made repeated requests for service or replacement over the past year and a half since the AC unit was replaced by Meyer AC The temperature on the ground floor *** not maintain the level programmed by the thermostat and should be replaced with a larger unit The customer has made multiple attempts to contact the business and has been willing to negotiate a mutually satisfactory outcomeHowever, the business appears to avoid responding to calls or requests and legal action is being considered at this time pending the result of this complaint

We hired A New Beginning Environmental to fix our outside plumbing issues Leaving our home in three different places, they trenched new plumbing lines to the city main line They needed to trench under the driveway and accomplished it without harming the pavement Our yard maybe needs about ten pieces of sod to get it back to looking like before the job was done---a miracle after all their digging This was a huge job they under took at our home Honestly, we can't say enough good things about their team of workers No, they didn't come dressed in spiffy uniforms (dont expect it) but instead came dressed in clean comfortable work clothes This was extremely hard work and they were always upbeat, kind, fun, and really a super great cohesive team They excelled in job knowledge and superb communication We always knew what was going to happen each day....No surprises! Great job and we would highly recommend them to others for trenching work
