Review: A New Beginning Financial (ANBF) is operating under the tenants of a debt elimination service provider operating using "Christian" principles. The employees openly talked about their attendance to local ministries, such a [redacted] ministries. In my initial interactions with their staff they appeared open and honest. I was a borderline case because at the time I was still able to pay all my bills. ANBF staff gently pushed me towards using their service as I would be debt free in roughly 3 years. They explained the process and their fees. They failed to mention that their process would negatively affect my credit so substantially. In addition to a flat fee there was a fee associated with the amount of debt they would be settling for me. In the first two years, they were responsive and everything seemed to be moving in the right direction. The third year is when the wheels fell off. They stopped communication, they were collecting monies for fees when they should not have, and failed to settle my biggest debt. I have yet to hear from them about refunding the fee associated with my biggest debt. They have failed to answer multiple communication via phone message (they do not answer their phones), e-mail and fax. I realize that I made a bad decision, they did not force me to go that route, but I also feel that they are skirting honest business practices.Desired Settlement: A refund for the amount I was charged for any debt they failed to settle. More communication. More honest advertising.

Review: this "debt consolidation company" is a fraudulent company hiding behind a "Christian ministry" cover. The have taken money and completely disappeared. They do not return calls or emails. I have done everything in my power to find out statuses of my account and where my money went. After sending them thousands of dollars I became suspicious and began my own investigation.

This is not a real company! Consumer beware! Do not give them a penny!

Even worse than the money they now have all my personal information... I assure you I will be the victim of identity theft at some point due to this transaction.Desired Settlement: they should remove all advertisements and close any and all operational centers. Refund every penny they charged any of the other clients and myself who are dealing with this situation.

If the owner is a man of honor he will admit his faults and aid in the investigations and any criminal or civil charges he may face in the future.

Review: This company promised a service and has not delivered. I have emailed, and placed phone calls to them and they never get back to me. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

In 2010 I came to this company because they promised a service to help negotiate with debtors to close out my debt. They acted quickly at first to get me set-up with an account that I would deposit into. As months have passed, I have seen that money become less and less (for a maintenance fee of $10 and an engagement fee of $47 per month)and yet they have not resolved my issue. They are charging a monthly fee (which is supposed to be for customer service), yet when I try contacting them no one gets back to me. In the last month alone I have left at least 15 voice mails and they never call back despite promising a call back within 48 hours of the voicemail. I have also emailed them and have had no luck. Now I find out that the account they setup for me, I cannot access. According to a rep at global client solutions (account were money is deposited), I cannot access my money unless they authorize which is a joke since I am the customer. Would like this to get resolved, if not I will have to take them to small claims court. This business is by far the worst customer satisfaction experience I have ever had.Desired Settlement: This is really simple. Settlement I want is for them to close out what I paid them to do in the next 30 days, since it has now been 3 years. If not at all possible, I want them to send me a check for the full amount that I have in the account they setup for me. Not only do I want a check for the balance that I have on their which is roughly $2800, but I also want them to reimburse me for the $57 monthly fee they have charged me for doing nothing (this goes back 3 years so it is another $1300) He
