I am rejecting this response because:They did resubmit a claim to my insurance The claim was again denied recently beach it was coded as surgical assistance and not as lab work The doctors office has told me on more than one occasion to
ignore the bill because I have a valid referral I received a third bill from the lab and now it is going to collections I have talked to Monica two timesShe left me a message one other time.After talking with my insurance, I have turned over the bill to insurance so they can now call the doctors office and sort it out
I need Monica to resubmit this correctly coded as lab work that was taken in the office or for the doctor to pay this bill to the lab
