Your purchased and received a right hearing aid Seboteck HD-on November 8, for the sum of a service organization paid and you paid cash down payment, Balance of owingwith payment of arrangements of a month commencing on the 5th of every month, to start on the 5th of DecemberYour current balance on your account is after the last payment of appliedThis was done as a favor to you due to your financial situation and I can no longer accept this type of transaction due to the effectiveness and cost that are involved.Note:January 26, - service - broken battery drawer replaced in office(Mrs broke battery drawer the first time 11-21-16, second time did not think she did but stated that she would be gentler)May 11, - service - hearing aid looks good, (new ear domegave copy of statement.June 25, -service- hearing aid for cleaning Moisture was a question Mrsleft, MrsPicked up on June 27, adjustment made per MrsrequestJuly 17, Mrs got hearing aid wet, hearing aid was sent in for repair, received Hearing aid back on July 31, Mrswas called on August 3, (due to the 31st being on Friday,) and delivered to Mrson August 07, (due to Mrstransportation needs)September 12, Mrs in office with hearing aid new dome replacedMrs stated hearing aid was week week ago then stated after she cleaned, and hearing aid crackled a couple of times, at that time I did not detect, hearing aid sounded clean, but offered to send the hearing aid back in, as I explained to MrsI do not like the ideal of a crackle sound, she later agreed I did note that the Receiver was pulled out minor amount I did send the hearing aid to be evaluated and repaired to the wrong company it was returned and sent back outI checked with Syboteck, stated that they had shipped it out and I received the tracking number and the post office did not have any thing under the tracking number that I receivedI called the company again and spoke to them, I received the correct tracking number and found out that we never received a notice from the post office, and inquired to as why at and the assistant at the post office stated she was not sure and the package had been sitting at the post office [redacted] when we talked on the phone when you arrived at your destination and explained the experience that you went threw, You stated the cost of the hearing aid and that you put down , you requested a copy of your contract and amount of your balance, I then informed you that you receive a statement every month and informed you that your figures were incorrectRight after our phone conversation, I pulled your file and left a message on your cell, (as you did not answerer your phone) of the correct figures and balance on the account, I was willing to send the information to you with the hearing aidAnd I did mention that service group may possibly, help for the other ear(due to you only depending on one hearing aid) NOT for you to purchase another hearing aid, everI have not receiving any other messages on my phone from you and I do not have your number on my caller ID, You admitted to getting your hearing aid wet and braking your battery drawer in the past, and stated over and over you did great with your hearing aid in all listening environmentsYou were always very happy and pleasedI have never once heard a complaint when you have been in the office(of course except for when it went in for the repair)The statement that “each time the wires would be broken” and “ that I refused to give you requested documentation” is false [redacted] I do not mean in any way to be unsympathetic, and I am sorry if I came off in that manner I am disgusted and frustrated these actions took placeI hope you can understandIn conclusion:I have called [redacted] C [redacted] and the phone was picked up and I heard her voice but she seemed not aware of the phone, tried calling her cell, and home phone and have left messages no response , On 11/19/Saturday, I finally went to her housing complex and found her in the gathering area, delivered the hearing aid myself, as I do not understand what is going on, she appeared unsure if she wanted to accept it at one point but signed and accepted her hearing aid, then requested eight more weeks of warranty at no charge.Kathy W*** Hearing Instrument Specialist #

the 5th of December. Your current balance on your account is 475.00 after the last payment of 25.00. applied. This was done as a favor to you due to your financial situation and I can no longer accept this type of transaction due to the effectiveness and cost that are involved.Note:January 26, 2017 - service - broken battery drawer replaced in office.
