A New Image sent their men out to install our new furnace.The condensation drain line which ran through the attic into a drain in the garage was leaking water onto the hall ceiling causing a large crack in it.A repair man was sent out to fix the drain line.When I mentioned the crack in the ceiling I was told I would have to speak with the manager about the crack.We contacted them but they have yet to send anyone to look at it.
