Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business is just forwarding the complaint within their organizationYour instructions are unclear For instance if I don't respond, the complaint will be closed in days, however, if I accept the response, won't that close the complaint also, since it would suggest the response was already acceptable? The invitations are being received on the websites they visitThe invitations are being offered by the website(s) and / or their advertisers and each new visitor to the website may be presented to an invitation to take a surveyIf the visitor has an issue closing the invitation on the website, there is the possibility that the website has NOT implemented the survey technology properly and that is causing the multiple invite issue.To elaborate, if code for the invitation is implemented incorrectly on the website/page or is having problems due to a specific web browser version, it is possible that the "close window" or "No Thanks" options, which both should close out the invitation, would not function properly Thus, what you are describing is not the intended functionalityThere may be something wrong with how the website implemented the coding or a browser-related issueWe would like to try to troubleshoot further and see if we can replicate the issueWe will need to know *exactly [redacted] where the invitation spawnedPlease provide:exact section / page of the website so we can attempt to find and have it appearAlso please confirm if the user was on a desktop/laptop computer, smartphone or tabletFinally, please provide the information for the browser type and version used (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari), which will beinstrumental in replicating/troubleshooting as well.Some additional general information about online survey invitations that may be helpful:Sometimes the routine maintenance of clearing out old cache & cookies on a browser and restarting refresh takes care of a lot of the problems people run into while browsing around the webThis simple solution may very well take care of any issues this visitor might be havingSometimes, something could be wrong with the visitor's browser saving its “cookies”Most of the time making sure they have ENABLED cookies then deleting cookies and temporary internet files will clear up the issuesThey may receive another invite, but the visitor can just decline it and that should be it.Whether they accept or decline or they let the invitation disappear on it's own, the visitor is no longer considered a new visitor and a browser "cookie" is created / updated to make note of thatIf the visitor's browser settings have been adjusted in such a way that it interferes with the "cookie" process, then the invitation may not work properly and/or visitor may not be properly noted as having been offered an invitationIf the visitor does not want to see ANY invites at all, then clicking on our "Opt Out" link found on our FAQs page (link below) will prevent future survey invites from being offeredClicking the link will create a “cookie” that the survey technology knows to check for it first and if found, it knows NOT to show any invites[redacted] Please NOTE: A visitor MUST have cookies enabled in your browser for the Opt Out feature to work

I have alerted the team responsible for vendor coordination for point redemption and they have confirmed that we did have an issue with fulfillment of orders that has taken some time to resolve. The individual has escalated the issue and will address to insure this customer receives her reward. We...
