flower arrangementand told her friend how beautiful the flowers were before she carried them into the house. The orderwas created as [redacted] had requested with no carnations and to include gerbera daisies. Thearrangement was also requested to be an $80 arrangement, which it was. [redacted] also requested tohave a special timed delivery on a Sunday which was carried out. The total order including tax andspecial delivery totaled $100. We received no indication that anything was wrong with the arrangementuntil after the Birthday Party was over and an entire day later. The arrangement was deliveredcorrectly, designed correctly and used by [redacted] for the duration of the Birthday party. We will not issuea credit. The event it was used for is over. We received pictures from [redacted] which only proved howbeautiful the arrangement was. We responded to [redacted] in a professional manner and then [redacted]proceeded in the following days to slam us online. Stating on Wedding Wire that we ruined her weddingflowers when the arrangement was for a Birthday party. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
A New Leaf did not deliver what was requested. The images I sent to them are attached, which did not indicated beautiful flowers- instead broken, and dead flowers. I could not file a complaint or contact the business on the day of delivery, because they are closed on Sundays. I did contact them the next open/available business day. This company made up their mind, and make the decision to not issue credit without even seeing an image of the entire arrangement. Attached is email proof of that. I was professional, and gave this company a fair chance to rectify this situation. Not even an apology, offer of gift card, partial credit, nothing other than a blatent disregard to customer service.
As for 'slamming them online', I simply stated my opinion so others will never have to deal with the situation I did/currently am dealing with. As for WeddingWire, the original complaint was submitted through a default multiple choice reason for complaint- I had no other option on what to choose as far as the type of complaint. I have since been in contact with them about the situation (I.e: it was a birthday arrangement, did not have a wedding, etc.) With email and picture proof provided, they are in the process of removing A New Leaf from their website.
